These terms are a launch-ready structure, but prices, warranty, delivery, returns and EBKE’s registered company details require final legal approval.

Orders

An order is final after successful payment and an electronic confirmation. EBKE may contact you to confirm configuration, availability or delivery details.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. The checkout displays the final product, discount and shipping total before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery

Available destination countries and shipping costs are shown in checkout. Delivery estimates begin after payment and configuration confirmation.

Cancellation and returns

Consumer cancellation and return rights apply where required by law. Customised products may be excluded where legally permitted. Contact EBKE before returning a product.

Warranty and safety

Use, maintenance and charging instructions must be followed. Product specifications, road legality and warranty conditions depend on the exact model and market.
