Who processes your data

EBKE processes personal data submitted through contact forms, newsletter registration and orders. Questions can be sent to ebke.bike@i-job.nl.

What we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, message, product interest, order contents, payment status and shipping address. Payments are processed by Stripe; shipping labels may be created through DHL.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, fulfil orders, provide customer service, meet legal accounting obligations and—only with consent—measure website usage.

Storage and sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed for payment, email and delivery. We keep it no longer than necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to processing. You can withdraw newsletter or analytics consent at any time.
